Removal of ASP.NET core, shift to BMBF.WebServer

Merged Unicorn 12 requested to merge no-aspnet into master

This PR removes ASP.net core from BMBF, which will fix some of the issues we had with building for android.

Instead, an in-house framework is being used for endpoints.
